Committee witness Mertel dead

Rainer Mertel is dead, the spa director of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler and witness in the inquiry Nürburgring succumbed to the effects of a heart attack, which he on the 18th December had just suffered after his testimony in the inquiry of the Rhineland-Palatinate Landtag in Mainz.
